Phineas Flynn is an unlockable character in Disney Heroes: Battle Mode. He is the main character of the Disney animated series, Phineas and Ferb. To unlock him, you need 10 Phineas Flynn Chips.

Phineas’ Basic Attacks captivate the enemy with the Highest Max HP turning him into Phineas’ Invention. Phineas’ Invention Distracts a few of the closest Enemies and takes Reduced Damage.
Phineas and his Invention cannot gain Energy from any other source besides themselves. Additionally Phineas cannot gain any energy from being damaged. While Phineas has an Invention active he stops doing Basic Attacks and instead uses his skills “Brilliant Idea” and “Radical Illusion” as Basic Attacks, activating different effects and always alternating between them. If Phineas’ Invention is the only enemy hero left. They will be dealt a percentage of their Max HP as True Damage every second. Phineas finally finishes his Invention and bursts out in song!
Phineas’ Invention becomes Invincible, gains Max HP, Armor, Reality and Attack and Movement Speed for a few seconds. Additionally while under this skill effect, Phineas’ Invention Basic Attack’s deal more Damage. When this skill ends, the Phinea’s Invention loses all of its buffs, and gets Stunned for a few seconds. This Stun cannot be removed.

Phineas points up to the sky, knowing what he and his Invention are doing today. Phineas’ Invention gains a Shield worth some HP and Distracts some more enemies.
Phineas steals all the Energy from his Invention, and Energizes them.
While the Energize effect is active on Phineas’ Invention, Phineas steals a percentage of the Energy gained by Phineas’ Invention.
Every time Phineas uses this skill his Invention gains more Attack and Movement Speed based on how much Energy that Phineas has.

Phineas grabs his surfboard, displaying a hologram of him surfing. Phineas’ Invention gains more Basic Damage and their HP cannot fall below a percentage of their Max HP while this skill is active.
While this effect is active, damage done to Phineas and Phineas’ Allies is reduced.
