Trivia[]
- Before her inclusion in the game, Kim Possible was stuck in development hell for a very long time. For well over a year, her code was present in the game but she was never officially patched in until the version 2.3 update in October 2020.
- Well before her official release, dataminers were able to find information on an earlier iteration of Kim's skills. In this older incarnation, Kim's skills went by different names and some of them functioned differently. Additionally, there was no Red skill present, most likely because Kim's code was first added to the game before Red skills were introduced.
- Her White skill was called "What's the Stitch?" and it functioned similarly to its current state, but two of the abilities were different; the first one simply Studied enemies instead of Stunning them, and the second one had Kim kick an enemy instead of reducing enemies' attack speed.
- Her Green skill was called "Watch Out" and it allowed Kim to inflict the Monitored status on the enemy with the most HP, but it was only set to drain the enemy's HP and not their energy.
- Her Blue skill was called "Get a Grip" and it allowed Kim to steal 50% of all energy gained by an enemy with the Monitored status.
- Her Purple skill was called "Utility Belt" and it functioned similarly to its current state, but the buffs given to her White skill were different.
- Interestingly, on the game's official forum, Kim's model was shown to have her midriff covered, unlike her design in the original series. However, her actual in-game model and her portraits on her skills have it exposed.
- Following her Hero Refresh in the version 2.7.10 update, Kim has become infamous for having what many consider to be the worst Hero Refresh of all time; this is due to the fact that Kim's skills - particularly her White skill - were arbitrarily changed in such a way that she lost some of her most useful functionalities, those being her ability to stun enemies and heal allies.
