"Explosive Temper" now Stuns all enemies hit for a few seconds.
Enemies are now dealt Normal Damage per stack of “Temper” every few seconds. Additionally, enemies lose buff everytime they take damage this way. For every few stacks of "Temper" applied to enemies by any source grants Ember Skill Power up to a cap of Skill Power. This effect cannot be Removed, Copied, or Stolen and lasts between waves. Enemies KO'd with stacks of "Temper" deal Normal Damage to all nearby enemies per stack of “Temper." |
